Scrubbing Bubbles Extend-A-Clean Power Sprayer

I recently was given a Scrubbing Bubbles Extend-A-Clean Power Sprayer to review.  The first thing I noticed when I tried it in my bathroom is the scent.  It is just lovely.  It is citrusy without smelling of chemicals. Honestly, I was sold at the smell.  I am pretty loyal to 409, and although I'll continue to use that in my kitchen, I plan on switching to Scrubbing Bubbles for my bathroom.  It worked just as well, but smells a lot better.  The best part of the Power Sprayer is the power spray feature. It takes one touch to spray- you do not have to keep squeezing the trigger. 

First I showed my very frugal best friend.  She thought it was a ridiculous waste of money.  THEN I pointed out that it was designed with people with arthritis in mind.  She changed immediately- snagged one of my coupons and said that she was going to buy it for her mom!

Next I showed my parents.  My dad has very bad arthritis in his hands.  He was absolutely blown away- he said that this was the future of spray bottles!  I'm pretty sure he was sold!

     When using the Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ Power Sprayer, cover the surface evenly. Allow the foam to penetrate the dirt and let stand for several minutes. Wipe clean with a damp cloth or sponge, then rinse.
  3. What differentiates this product from traditional triggers? With manual triggers, consumers have to "pull" the trigger several times to cover the surface and the result is splotchy, uneven coverage. The Power Sprayers deliver broad, even coverage on bathroom surfaces with just one touch.
  4. What is the difference between the current soap scum remover vs. Scrubbing Bubbles®Extend-A-Clean™ Power Sprayer? Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ Power Sprayer has the one-touch continuous sprayer, which traditional triggers do not have. There are also formula benefits.
     The Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ Power Sprayer is a periodic cleaner, which is typically used for deep cleaning occasions such as soap scum or hard-water spots. Unlike other soap scum removers, the Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ technology contains active cleaners that continue to clean the bathroom surfaces for up to four days after the initial cleaning, keeping the surfaces cleaner in between cleanings.
  5. Does the Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ Power Sprayer formula leave a residue behind? The Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ solution will dry to a shine without leaving a visible residue. When applied, the product leaves a protective barrier on the surface that is not visual or tactile. This barrier inhibits the buildup of dirt. When water rinses over the surface, a small percentage of the barrier rinses down the drain along with the dirt. The barrier is eventually rinsed off the surface completely.
  6. How long will the triggers last? The triggers are designed to last approximately two years.
  7. How long will the batteries last? Battery life will vary based on usage, however, on average, the two AA batteries (included) will last approximately eight refill bottles. To change the batteries, use a number 1 or 2 Phillips head screw driver to open the battery compartment.
  8. Are these solutions safe to use around children and pets? The products should always be used according to the label directions. If this is followed, the solutions can be used around children and pets. Note that the products are not toys. They should always be stored with the safety lock in the lock position and kept out of the reach of children and pets.
  9. Can I use the Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ and Scrubbing Bubbles® Daily Shower Cleaner together? Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ and Scrubbing Bubbles® Daily Shower Cleaner can be used together with no issues.
  10. Can the Power Sprayer trigger be used on other bathroom cleaner bottles? The trigger cannot be used on other trigger products including Scrubbing Bubbles® products. They are not interchangeable between products; use the Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ Power Sprayer trigger with Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ refills and Scrubbing Bubbles® Daily Shower Cleaner Power Sprayer trigger with Scrubbing Bubbles® Daily Shower Cleaner refills.
  11. Does the solution have fragrance? If so, what is it like? Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-A-Clean™ has a citrus scent.
